Join yoga instructor, Alison Safrit for a series of ten, 15 minute video classes focusing on spine and back health. Core strengthening, twisting, moving into the hips and lateral movements are just a few of the topics explored.

Once enrolled, the entire course is available for 4 months giving you time to work through it at your own pace and the option to do the classes multiple times.

A little about me. I am a yoga teacher and practitioner, potter and gardener thriving in the mountains of West Virginia. I love building community through yoga and art.



I received my 200 hr YTT training from Asheville Yoga Center and an additional certification in Yin Yoga. I have experience with all levels. I teach power vinyasa flow, slow mindful flow, chair yoga, Yin and prenatal/postpartum yoga. I also have experience working with students with injuries and mobility limitations.
